5. What is your LIFESTYLE interest in joining a PRIVATE Members-Only club?

6. Share your real name/s for our reply invite.  Must share first and last name that matches your photo ID

7. What other Private Members-Only Adult 'Lifestyle Club' are you a member of?

8. What is your age/s?  Remember, you must verify you are over 21 to join Jus4Now.

9. What is your occupation/occupations?

10. What city do you live in?
*Must be verifiable via your identification*

With the answers to all of these questions, we will reply with the invite for you to print and bring with you the night you plan to join. Thank-you.
